Fortune Realty L.L.C (“Fortune Realty”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a RERA registered real estate brokerage based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate the website at www.fortunedxb.com (the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the Website and to enquiries you send us by phone, email, SMS, RCS messages, WhatsApp or our online forms.

By using the Website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not submit your personal data to us.

We only collect what we need in order to respond to you and to run the Website.

Information you give us

• Full name.
• Mobile number, including the country code you select.
• Email address.
• The property, project or enquiry type you are interested in.
• Any message or requirement details you choose to write.
• For sellers listing a property: the property details you submit, together with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number to verify that the number is yours.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, approximate location (country or city level), browser type, device type and operating system.
• Pages you viewed, how you arrived at the Website, and how long you stayed.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies section below.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want your passport copy, Emirates ID, bank account details, credit card numbers or any payment credentials through this Website. We never take payment on the Website. If you ever receive a request of that kind claiming to be from us, treat it as fraudulent and contact us at sales@fortunedxb.com.

• To respond to your enquiry and share property options, prices, floor plans and availability.
• To arrange viewings, consultations and follow-up calls with our property consultants.
• To verify that a mobile number submitted with a seller listing genuinely belongs to the sender.
• To send you information about projects, launches or offers that match the interest you expressed.
• To improve the Website — understanding which pages and projects are useful helps us present better information.
• To keep records required of a licensed brokerage, and to detect or prevent fraud and misuse of the Website.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or otherwise make your contact details available to unrelated companies for their own marketing.

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, on the following grounds:

• Your consent — given when you voluntarily submit an enquiry form or opt in to receive updates.
• Performance of a contract — or steps taken at your request before entering into one, such as arranging a viewing or a booking.
• Legitimate interests — operating and securing the Website, and following up on enquiries you have made.
• Legal obligation — record-keeping and compliance duties that apply to a RERA licensed brokerage in Dubai.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the Website working correctly and to understand how it is used.

• Essential cookies — required for basic functions such as page navigation and security. The Website cannot work properly without them.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, which tells us which pages and projects visitors view. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
• Advertising and social cookies — where enabled, tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads tags help us measure the performance of our campaigns and show relevant property adverts to people who have visited the Website.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not stop you from using the Website; blocking essential cookies may break parts of it.

We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with the following categories of recipient:

• Property developers and their sales teams — when you enquire about a specific project, your name and contact details may be passed to the developer so that a unit can be quoted, held or booked for you.
• Our own consultants and staff — limited to the team members handling your enquiry.
• Service providers — our website hosting provider, email, SMS/RCS and OTP delivery providers, and Google Analytics. They act on our instructions and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Meta Platforms — if you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, that conversation is also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities and advisers — where we are required to disclose data by UAE law, by RERA or the Dubai Land Department, or by a court order, and where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

We keep personal data only for as long as there is a reason to keep it:

• Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up the conversation if you return.
• Clients who complete a transaction through us: for the period required by UAE brokerage record-keeping and tax rules, generally at least 5 years.
• Website analytics data: retained by Google Analytics according to its own retention settings, typically 14 months.

After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see Your Rights below.

The Website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiry data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and access to our administration console is restricted to authorised staff with individual accounts, hashed passwords and permissions limited to the modules they need.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk.

Under UAE data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Ask us to delete your data where there is no legal reason for us to keep it.
• Restrict or object to how we process your data, including for marketing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe we have handled your data improperly.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@fortunedxb.com with the subject line “Data Request”. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request, to make sure we are not disclosing your data to someone else.

You can have your personal data erased from our systems at any time. There is no charge for this.

• Send an email to sales@fortunedxb.com with the subject line “Delete My Data”.
• Include the name, mobile number and/or email address you used when contacting us, so we can locate your records.
• We will confirm receipt, verify your identity, and delete the data within 30 days.
• You will receive a written confirmation once the deletion is complete.

If you have enquired with us or agreed to receive updates, we may contact you by phone, email, SMS, RCS messages or WhatsApp about projects and offers relevant to your interest.

You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to a message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, tell the consultant you are speaking to, or email sales@fortunedxb.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop us from replying to an active enquiry you have raised.

Some of our service providers — for example analytics and email delivery — process data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with UAE data protection law, including through the contractual terms offered by those providers.

The Website is intended for adults with a genuine interest in property in Dubai. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact sales@fortunedxb.com and we will delete it.

The Website contains links to external sites — developer pages, map services, and our social media profiles — and embeds third-party content such as maps and videos. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their own privacy policies before providing data to them.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect as soon as it is published here, and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change. Please review it periodically. If we make a significant change affecting how we use your data, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
