Fortune Realty L.L.C is a RERA registered real estate brokerage licensed to operate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We act as a broker and marketing agent: we introduce buyers and investors to properties and developers. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not the developer, owner or seller of any property shown on the Website, and we are not a financial, legal or tax adviser.

Project details on the Website — including prices, payment plans, unit types, sizes, floor plans, amenities, handover dates, brochures and availability — are provided to us by developers and property owners, and are published for general information only.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but we do not warrant that anything on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date. Before you commit to any property, verify every material detail directly with the developer and with the official Dubai Land Department and RERA records, and take your own independent legal advice.
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy, sell or lease any property, and no content here forms part of any contract. A binding transaction is created only through the developer's or seller's own signed documentation — such as a reservation form, a Sale and Purchase Agreement and the associated Dubai Land Department registration — and is subject to their terms, not these.
Any yield, rental return, capital appreciation, ROI or market projection shown on the Website is an estimate based on assumptions and past market behaviour. It is illustrative only.
Property values and rental income can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and no return is guaranteed. Off-plan purchases carry additional risk, including construction delay, design change and, in rare cases, project cancellation. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should obtain independent financial and legal advice before committing funds.
No payment is ever collected through this Website. All payments relating to a property must be made directly to the developer or seller, into the officially designated project escrow account, in accordance with their documentation. We will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal account. If you receive payment instructions that appear to come from us, verify them by calling us on +971 58 233 5969 before transferring anything.
When you submit an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by our consultants by phone, email, SMS, RCS messages or WhatsApp regarding that enquiry, and you confirm that the contact details you provide are your own and accurate.
To respond properly, we may pass your name and contact details to the developer of the project you asked about. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Website and its contents — including text, layout, design, graphics, photography, videos and the Fortune Realty name and logo — are owned by or licensed to Fortune Realty L.L.C and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, modification, republication or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.
Project names, logos, brochures and renders remain the property of the respective developers and are used for marketing purposes with their permission or as publicly released material.
The Website links to and embeds third-party content, including developer websites, map services and video platforms. We do not control that content and provide the links for convenience only. A link is not an endorsement, and we accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any external site.
We aim to keep the Website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Website may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including any listing — at any time without notice.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the Website after a revision means you accept the revised Terms, so please review this page from time to time.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
